Ever Changing processes and technology
Change is good, but constant change is a stressor. this is especially true when in comes to learning new data systems, process or procedures. For someone who works with it daily it is second nature, but for those who use it intermittently it can be challenging to get on board with the process. when the wheel of change never stops turning you can never feel caught up.
I especially enjoy when procedures are changed, the process is not proven, then new process is implimented, then new rules on the process, and before anyone is famillier, more changes on a new topic are implimented.
Then the question is asked"why are we doing it this way"
Natalie, So true. It's easy to accept change when we are immersed in it every day. We just learn new things over time and sharpen our skills. On the flip side, when we are intermittently learning about changes in technologies, process and procedures, we can feel out of the loop and this does cause stress.
