Stress.

Stress can be caused by a variety of factors. However, there are many ways to contain or limit stress. One way that I manage stress is exercising. Exercising is a healthy way to reduce stress.

Eric, Yes, so true. I'd love to hear more about the kinds of exercise that work well for you in times of the greatest stress. For many of my students, this includes walking, swimming and bike riding.
