Stressing not to Stress
Stressing can take its toll on an individual. As a full time worker,an instructor and a family man. I find myself under stress everyday. How do I deal with these daily stressor? I ask myself is it worth my health, is it harming my family and those around me. Taking time to understand why something is stressing me out, I can general fix the issues or make it more tolerable to manage.

Nicole, I know it can be frustrating to live with someone who does not manage stress well. It's important to note that each person has their own way of coping and that the methods that work best for us may not necessarily apply to others like us.

I clicked on your post because of the subject title! I so wish I could somehow teach my husband this too. Sometimes letting things go...no matter how stressful they are is redeeming in itself.
