Stress

I feel stressed when I have so many tasks and not enough time.

Scott, I understand where you are coming from. It sounds like task delegation could be one way to manage through days that are too full. Do you have anyone who you could delegate to?

I feel this daily also. There just never seems to be enough time to complete everything I need to get done in a day. I have been scheduling time to do certain tasks and it has worked better for me.

i can agree with that. Lack of time seems to be foundation for stress.

Stress is all about friction in our lives. Whatever causes friction becomes a blister that eventually hobbles our capabilities. My answer to stress is to attempt to embrace the issue and use coping mechanisms such as Physical Activity (the Gym), increasing personal efficiencies so as to better manage my time, decreasing complexities in my life (simplifying. The little things do add up as well. For instance, why walk by something lying on the ground and not pick it up, or for that matter why deposit it on the ground to have to repeat a step and pick it up later. If you watch the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.,

Stress identifies the areas in your life that you have to get in order. I have found working in quite areas away from co-workers alters the stress and allows you to review the issues at hand.
