Life is too short for stress

We all have stress, how we deal with it is what this is all about. I agree with these methods as I have used many to help in my reduction of stress. I also have the type of personality that I let alot of stress roll off my back, that in which we can deal with and control you must face. That in which we have little to no control we still have to face but need to as stated in our lesson "prioritize" where they belong in our life or even if they belong in our life. The point being if YOU don't take charge of your life, reduce your stress, it will hurt in the long run. So take charge of you life, it's too short.

Indeed. There are great stress reducing activities that we should watch for seasonally. Looking at the holiday lights in the winter season is certainly one of them.

Another posting by me is that it is also important to enjoy the little things in life like a beautiful sunset. Now, that it is Christmas time, it is a good time to plan an evening to look at the lighted Christmas decorations that many in the city have taken the time to put up for others to enjoy.

Trying to keep everything as simple as possible, and avoid getting stressed over the minor issues that come up are important.

I always say just deal with it and move on.

eliminating problems or lessening them is what works for me

I have spent much of my life eliminating "problems" ...people, situations & personal issues that create stress. Hopefully this will continue and improve.

These are important points Mark. The key is to be proactive about stress, instead of reactive.
