if you a positive person instead a negative person you will cut down your stress level a lots

I agree, I try and stay positive to help my stress level go down.

Sometimes the stress is hidden behind the possitivity and can fester.

These are good points Jonathan. There are vast individual differences between instructors and how we deal with stress.

Every body deals with stress in different ways and can manage their stress in again different ways. If you are a naturally calm person or learn ways to manage that stste of being this will definately help out with sress and stress management

This is true Daniel. Just keeping a positive outlook is a great first step in the right direction.
