I noticed that if I take a few minutes for myself, grab my bike, and ride to my favorite place, that all stress seems to disappear from the day. With high demands on me during the day, this helps me to just relax, breath, and enjoy life. (It is also very healthy....)

Both walking and running are great at lifting spirits George. Running is high impact and can ultimately be too physically demanding to some. But walking is a good habit that we can maintain for many years.
