Stress and Time managemect

Healthy coping mechanisms allways work for me to deal with stressors. By utilising healthy coping mechasnisms, I have more energy to deal with what seems the "not enoughf time in the day" stressor.

I teach an entry level "Concepts of Nusing" course to vocational nurse students and one of the things I have them do when we talk about dealing with stress is break off into small groups and discuss various stressors in their life and how they deal with them. This accomplishes two things- they get to know each other and little better and have a forum to talk about their stressors and maybe even come up with new ways to deal with them.

Yes, stress can cause illness. It's so important for our health that we find a good way to deal.

I agree; you have to make time for yourself so that you can release the stressors and negative energy. If you do not find something or some way to release, then you will become seriously ill from carrying stress around with you.
