coping with stress

just have to know when to turn it on and off.

That sounds like a tough situation Candy. At least you are are a point where you've identified your problem. Now it's time to potentially get up in front of your stressors just a little more.

I agree--I often can identify the stressors, but don't know how to deal with it right away & then I end up doing the "usual" stressing & move on--never finding a way to STOP IT!!!!!

Knowing is the first step. The ability to actually do it is quite another Raegan!
