Stress

This module has been one of the most effective modules for me. Just having the ideas and suggestions are already helping me to manage my stress better. I look forward to using them throughout the upcoming quarter.

I find as I get older, things that used to cause a great emotional reaction in me just don't anymore. It seems i have learned to prioritize and even better, ignore.

Sounds like a great plan Jessica. I like the way you are using these filters to prioritize. Also, I'm interested by your ordering of filters. Looks like you are prioritizing filters that are most important to you.

I really like the idea of eliminating as many stressor in my life as possible. I will follow the list of things to think about in elimination of stressors,
will doing so bring negative consequences in my life.
will it bring negative consequences to someone i love
will i feel disappointed

That's tough Sunshine -- that may not be the best reaction. Sounds like you are well aware. Do try to get in front of stress in the future. It can save you a lot more in the long term.

I agree! My problem is that I don't realize that I am getting stressed until it is too late and I explode or have a mini breakdown....usually in the form of a temper tantrum :) I will definitely try to build a stress list and catch these stressors earlier.
