Stress!
I think there is definitely good stress and bad stress. Unfortunately, I have been addicted to caffein for some time now. I wonder if this was my indirect way of dealing with stress. I think I will start exercising after reading this module. Seems like the best option.
Coffee is a way to start the day but exercise will make one feel good about the way they chose to start their day.
Yes, I completely agree Charles. Everyone has to find the unique way to deal with stress that works best for them. The best methods really vary from person to person so it's about finding out what works for you!
dealing with stress can be done in a lot of ways, I enjoy going to a gun range and shoot for awhile some like to run others like to take pictures, it does not make any differance which way you deal with stress relief as long and you do something about it. Don't take it back to work each day and don't let it biuld up that can do more harm to you in a lot of ways. So everyone needs to find a way to relieve stress.
Yes, it just takes a little time to get into it Sarah. Sounds like you are in a great place. Go ahead and keep it up!
I agree that exercise is an excellent option to help deal with stress. When I first started exercising, I did not see how people would say that they had MORE energy after exercising...I felt like I was ready to collapse! But as I stuck with it and made daily exercise a part of my routine, I have seen enormous benefits, particularly with added energy and decreased stress.
Definitely. Exercising is amazing when you are really stressed.
I have been there!! I found switching to water and finding a better way to get rid of my stress help me. I desided to go the reading and erercising works best for me for now. Good luck.
Yes, you are right Rebecca. Caffeine is an indirect way - and sometimes a direct way - of dealing with stress. Exercise could be a great way to balance things out.
