That's excellent Martin! Most instructors do not find that kind of time. Perhaps you make that kind of time. That's really the right approach.

Excellent to hear Kerry! Both methods work great for me as well. Also, the breathing can be done anywhere and that works well with a busy instructors schedule.

My quick fix for stess in the class room is during a break when the students leave I grab a 25lb dumbell that I keep near my desk and do a few curls. It seems put my other stresses in their place.

I exercise and do breathing exercises to help with stress and it works for me.

I try and exercise 3 to 4 times per week and it helps me cope with stress.

Excellent Stephen! And yes, exercise not only helps us cope. It also can reduce stress in some cases.
