Excersise is absolutely the best way for sreaa relief
If I had the time for exercise I would. For the poeple who don't have the time to commit x amount of minutes a day to excerise, a nice walk outside the bulding alway helps even if it is just for a couple of minutes

Exceersise takes a lot of forms. For me it is hands on work, like in the yard or on my cars or just fixing something around the hous.
