
I find ways to cope with my stress is to coach soft ball on my own time and teach an other skill to kids that are having fun doing what is fun for them is fun for me. its good stress to see your team compete on there level of play.
For myself it is just relaxing at the lake and spending quality time with friends.This gets my mind of off the stress in my life.This often helps me to cope.
