Don't STRESS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Working over 55 hours per week adds a tremendous amount of stress in my life. To deal with this load of work, I exercise regular and eat a good healthy diet. It helps me in this area of life...having good friends makes a difference too.
Actually,M.I.T. has received a grant from the government to fund a study which can benefit us all. They are going to see if there is any more time in a day. Theorists think there might be a 25th hour in a day. While this is a poor attempt at being humorous,I like using humor to alleviate my strees in the home and work place. Everybody has different ways of identifing, addressing and dealing with their individual stressors.
Get enough sleep, eat well and exercise regularly.
Yes good points! Exercise and healthly eating has its benefits. If you receive classes where students are really into the subject matter and their learning then there is no stress but pure enjoyment of teaching.
It may all sound stressful but once you see the fun in it, you'll start to relax and enjoy!
It's a tough balance Loren and I see you understand that. We can't win in everything we're trying to accomplish so we've got to focus on the priorities. Sleep is one of them.
Yes, sounds great. maytbe I should wake up at 4am to fit it all in....oh wait! Then I'm encouraging the lack of sleep thing...hmmmm
any more hours in a day?
Ha! Well it's ok to start small Shane. If you've got a lot on your plate, no need to add to it by creating an elaborate stress reduction program. Small and simple techniques can go a long way in your situation.
