coping with personal issues of stress

I find that when I have personal stress issues at work. It helps me to have a close friend at work to talk with. Giving me New perpectives of the situation at hand.

I agree sister! Having someone to just agree with your gripe is enough to shrug it off!

Linda, Starting up is often the hardest part. I recommend starting small and working your way up to the routine you had in the past. Sometimes jumping all the way in is not possible.

I would really benefit from exercise. I have used this technique in the past and it has worked well for me. I need to start up again.

I find talking to someone I don't know too well is a better choice for me. They can leave emotions out of the formula.
