Stress
Stress is not an option in life because we will all experience it at one point. But, how we deal with it is our choice. Finding ways to deal with our stress in a positive way will assist us with having a positive outlook on the things we need to do during our daily lives.
Time management I think is one key to reduce a lot of stress in our life’s, if you cannot get all the tasks done during your shift it’s ok to ask for help. I think that one of the biggest problems people have not asking for help.
Terizian, So true. Often the same stressor can be interpreted by different people in completely different ways. Our outlook, as well as our personal situations, can make all the difference on how stress is perceived. For this reason, getting our lives in a good solid place to handle stress can be key.

Stress is simply a fact of nature -- forces from the inside or outside world affecting the individual. The individual responds to stress in ways that affect the individual as well as their environment. Because of the overabundance of stress in our modern lives, we usually think of stress as a negative experience, but from a biological point of view, stress can be a neutral, negative, or positive experience
Stress is also a sign that we are being challenged in some way. If we are able to deal with the stress in a healthy fashion or learn some new coping mechanisms along the way and overcome our stress we will be stronger for it.
Dionne, So true. Often times, we are not judged by how much stress we have in our lives but how we choose to manage through it. We've got to stay calm and cool in times of crisis where we can.
