Taking deep breaths throughout the day helps you focus and reduces stress.

I practice deep breathing exercises 3-4 times a day and more as needed... I also teach this tecq to my students... we take a 5 minute break before a test with this practice.

Deep breathing, prayer, and my "to do" list has gotten me through thus far. I can't wait to incorporate my new tools for success!

Steven I agree deep breaths are vital. Many smokers incorrectly attribute smoking to there stress relief, when in fact the stress relief was caused by the mechanism of them taking a step back from there situation and going outside and taking some deep breaths. No nicotine needed!

Steven, Indeed true. Deep breaths are great for focusing and collecting yourself. It's a great way to release the stress of the day, and you can use this technique anywhere.
