Brian, So glad you have established bike riding as an outlet. This is a wonderful approach because riding is so low impact. Like walking, we get a lot of benefits in this activity with very little draw backs.

I find that riding my bike is an excellent low-impact form of exercise that does not hurt my back or feet. A short ride in the morning before work helps clear my mind and seemingly, I have more energy.

I also like to streach or walk daily. I have bad knees and they hurt more when I do not walk that if I do.
I like to exercise using my air climber for 30 mins. every other day. It makes me feel better after a long day in class.
