Being well prepared and organized are key to reducing or eliminating stress. It helps me to arrive to class well before my students -- allows me time to write the objectives on the board, get set up, log into the computer, etc.
Jviveros, You are lucky that leaving stress behind comes easy to you. For many instructors, it's very difficult to break away. Some people are just naturals at it and it likely saves you a lot of heartache.

I deal with work stress by leaving it at work not takeing it home and enjoy my hobbies and time away from work.
