One way to reduce stress is never put off what can be done today until tomorrow. If you have an extra 15 minutes to make copies for the next days class take advantage you never know what can come up

I agree, if there is time in your day to prepare for tomorrow, you should take advantage of it

Francine, That's a good point. It's always great to get ahead. Small extra steps can make a big difference down the line.
