Making List
I am going to use making a list to reduce my stress. Great idea.

I am going to make my list.additionaly, I am going to try classifying the a big amount of the different types of stresses to mark them as "E";"R".An trying to work on it.
It's going to be my a New Year project.

Julie, I completely understand where you are coming from and many students in this course would agree. Lists do help us track our progress and give us a great sense of accomplishment.

Making lists makes me happy and I feel accomplished. Even if I have not marked off everything on my list, I know that I am moving forward and I am aware of what needs to get done.
I tried making a list and it definitely made my life so much easier. I try to enstill in my students that visual organization leads to physical.
