Sometimes after talking with people about your stressors, they point out things you can do to eliminate them.
Close coworkers and family are the best way to cope with stressors that can not be eliminated.
Gayle, Limiting caffeine intake can be a big help, yet some of us admittedly go through withdraw. One approach is to gradually decrease intake and that can help ease the process of eliminating caffeine. Of course, the other approach is cold turkey, and that works for some too!

I should also drink less caffeine. I deal with stress by playing piano after a stressful day. By concentrating on what I'm playing I'm forgetting about all the things that got me stressed in the first place!
Coping mechanism are great but it is more important to be sure to use healthy coping mechanism because using unhealthy coping mechanism can result in unpleasant consequences, such as, illness etc.
