Eliminating, Reducing and Coping with Stress Brings Relief.

Knowing how to deal with identifiable stressors is the first step in having success in dealing with stress. Recognizing that sharing, getting enough sleep and exercise are excellent ways to deal and cope with stress. And once you have a routine in handling the stressors, you are on the road to healthy living.

Good post. I always have more energy and am less stressed out when I obtain adequate rest and exercise.
