To set the stage for success we not only need to model professional dress, language and manner...we also need to plan opportunities for the students' to practice needed career or course skills in a safe learning environment. We need to provide students with opportunities to work in groups and share ideas...provide students opportunities to learn from others...provide students opportunities to teach others. Encouragement and effective coaching can allow the students to be successful.
