Knowing where to begin

Some of our courses are taken out of the suggested sequence and with other professors whose teaching style is very different from mine. I've noticed that a lot of the fundamentals are missing. I try to go back and cover those things but I notice that for others in the class, it becomes irritating to them to have to back track. Any suggestions?

Hi Angelina,
Students are intimidated enough, as professionals we should do what is necessary so that our students have a smooth flow while they are in school.

You are right, it is unfair and it intimidates those students who haven't taken the suggested sequence.

Hi Angelina,
Your Director of Education should make sure prerequisites are in place to avoid this type of thing from happening. This is so unfair to the students. It sounds like a closer look needs to be taken at the prerequisites.
