Quality over Quantity

How strict are you, when dealing with projects about details of their work? In regards to grammar and spelling, and overall quality of work.

Lack of quality can often be a major safety issue. Quality is much more important than quantity of work. Is the quantity of the task at hand realistic for the quality needs for the expected result. Just a thought.

Hi Araceli,
Nicely stated! It should be every instructor's goal to set their students up for success. We have to help our students succeed.

I believe in recognizing the students weaknesses early on to strengthen them in order to produce quality work. I rather them turn in a one page excellent report then a five page report that makes little to no sense. As an instructor my sole duty is to set my students up for success, not just get them out of my class for a timely graduation.

Hi Joseph,
Very strict! I expect quality work from my students just as an employer would. I hold my students to very high regards. You really get from students what you expect.
