With Center Stage students I load then down with valid work and help a little aling the way. It real, ( Humble ).

I agree with not treating students differently, that's what makes handling center state students so difficult. I sometimes take them aside and mention that I really enjoy their comments but they need to be repectful of others.

That's right, you never embarass a student. The center stage student has to know that they are not the only ones in the classroom.

With center stage students i would let them express their oponion & than ask rest of the students if they agreed or disagree with the answer. I wouldnt embrass the center stage student by any means but let them reliaze that there are other ppl in the class as well.
