Focus on your students. As instructors we must be able to cater to a verity of different personality and learning styles and make sure that we are getting to all the students the curriculum that is set for one specific course.
Every student comes to the classroom with different personality.. hear is where our teaching skills is tested. Being able to recognize various personalities and talent students bring in class is very important.
Getting to know your student through learning and addressing them by their names is the first step. We do not necessarily need to know what’s going on their private lives, however, addressing students by their names and asking them how they are doing shows that at least you care about them.

Yes the students will have to learn the flexibility of being able to deal with all types of people.

Not only do we have to deal with various personalities, the student will have to learn to do the same thing. Our instruction is in health care.
