resolving problems

encourage discussion and group work in the class,motivate the student by offering new challenges is a good way.

Every one is motivated in the success of all of the students. Problems are always going to be there to resolve.

I like to take the two parties aside and let them know they are part of a team and that team has a job to do with or without them. Then I let each one discuss the issues they are having. I ask if they can accept those differences or issues, if so, get back to work. If not, put them aside to complete the task and we discuss at the end of the job.
