By implementing activities, games, researches, current events, and various discussion that stimulating to student’s psyche, not only doe it evoke thinking but, evokes thinking out of the box. This enhances their knowledge as well as self confident and success in life.
Sometimes a class component includes strict memorization of items, so the use of mnemonic clues can assist the memory cycle. It's what worked for me in school anyway, and the students seem to enjoy them! I do try to come up with funny or unusual sequences that they can reflect on to come up with the correct answers.
I agree! And it is so important that we make the subject matter relavant to their own lives and future plans, so this is a great way to do that!
