It is also very exciting for my students to have a physician stop and explain his or her option this will always motivate them.
I love having guest speakers come into the class room. It not only allows the students to see someone who is currently successful in the field they hope to enter, but ask questions and this builds their motivation.
I like to have guest speakers in my classroom. The students are more eager to learn from someone else other than me. It also makes the students ready to go into their field.
When I first invited a guest speaker to share with my class, I had no idea the positive impact it would have. I prepared a few questions in case my students didn't have enough, and I didn't use my list. The students asked one question after another and it was the highlight of the quarter.
I Can see that Also mke the student more confident when they see previous graduate really in the field ,they beleive yes one day they gonna make it and join the medical field
It also allows the students to see someone else's opinions other than the instructors.
