learning to be a better instructor
it helped me to figure out why some students are the way they are and how to deal with it ,so that i can be a better instructor.it helps me ,and helps me to help my students better.
I ask at the end of every class for any questions and also is there anything they didn't understand. I can tell which students are confused. When they don't speak up, I ask to speak with them during a break or before they leave to see if there is a problem. Usually, there are the students that speak up and critique my lesson and I do encourage that to the class.

Everyone has a story, and we never know why a particular student may have issues. We must try to establish a relationship with our students so that we can better understand them.
