I like the idea of guest speakers, you do have any ideas for a customer service class?
Guess speakers are always a good idea, they get the students back on track. Its best to get them to come in the middle of the course

Have your students observe Customer Service Month by creativity of the student. You can also have your students go on a field trip to the mall, half of the students need to be dressed professionally and the other half dressed casually, and rate their customer service experience based on dress. My instructors have some students go far out with their casual dress, dirty cloths, real worn clothes, suggestive clothing, rollers in their hair, lots of jewelry, etc.
