Communication is the key point in dealing with your students. Communication is a very important factor not just in the classrooms but with family, relationships with brother, sister, wife etc. If you look at the team sports like basketball, football, soccer it is all about communication and if you communicate well you will succeed anywhere even in classroom settings with your students.

I think communication is most important. If a student don't understand you then you will probably have a big problem. A student must feel that they can come to you. It is said if a student didn't undertsand it, then you did not communicate well. So be careful what you say, take your time remember the knowledge you have of that student. Once you do these things I think everthing will be alright.
