Making the subject so interesting
In order to make the subject very interesting, using an interesting examples not so much that they will be out of focus and not interested any more..that way believe me they will understand and like the subject.

Our students need as much reinforcement as they can get. Students need to learn in the classroom what is expected of them in the workplace.

I agree! Using real world examples and experience gives the students a taste of what they are going to deal with and reinforces the reason they are taking that class and in that program.
With the many years of experience in the real world I can make my class interesting with the many years I have dealt with problems and solutions to increase my work experience as well as my real world experience

I agree. No matter what the subject there is always a way to get excited about it and therefore make it interesting. Even dull subjects can be made interesting with a little imagination.

I abselutley agree with Jaime, I most likely doing the same to the point not get board and getting there attention.
I notice that when I feel excited about the topic, it captures the students interest. When I am lecturing and I notice I am lossing students interest, I take them out to lab demostrate what I was lecturing. I also have the students explain their understanding and relate to othe kind of air conditioning systems.
