Team work

I think that on the first day of class while introducing the syllabus along with expectations for the course that it is important to express team work. In an office setting the office runs and depends on team work. If a student preparing to enter the medical field does not believe in team work it will greatly hinder their progress. In the class I always address them as team. Enabling them to get the concept on board prior to entering the workforce.

I stress to my students that teamwork is essential in the medical field. From the MD to the CNA, each member of the team contributes in their field of expertise and collaborating together to provide quality care.

I agree team work is a vital part of most any work environment. On the first week of class I stress the importance of team work and how one bad team player can cause failure to the whole. I stress to them that regardless of the work produced by the individual members of the team the project must be completed.

I totally agree with teamwork. Simply because it has so many benefits. One it allows the students to get to know one another. Secondly, it help to get interaction out of the students are withdrawn. Thirdly, it teaches each person their strengths and weakness, yet it allows them to be able to lean on someone as a helpmeet to get the job done.

I agree with the teamwork, especially even as an icebreaker on the first day, gives the students confidence in working with their team mates and helping one another.

I believe team work makes the dream work, especially in the medical field. I always give a riddle or puzzle for my students to figure out on the first day. Who ever figures it out, is my co-pilot for that day and they get to pick their crew for the next flight.

Team work can let students' natural talents come out intuitively as they settle into their individual comfort zones with school.
