I agree. Most of the students I've had that are angry are the women. I rather have a classroom full of men. As far as a cheating student, I will talk to them first to understand why they are cheating. In my opinion, some people do deserve a second chance. If the cheating happens again, the student risks being dropped from the program.

David, I would have to agree with you, in most of my classes so far, most of my angry students have been women. Now, I do not have the statistics on the matter to back this up, but I have merely my experience to support the claim. Just writing about this, brings to mind one of my "angry" students who is always upset about something. I've come to believe that this is just her personality because she is not necessarily upset with me, but again, she is always upset about something. At times, this can be a problem in class though, because if I explain something to her or assist or with anything, she wants to blame me for whatever is wrong. A bit annoying.

I hear you loud and clear! I concur. I've experienced more angry females in my 22-year tenure. There are cheaters in every level of education and every type of institution...
