Cheating Students
By ignoring cheating students you also give it the "ok" to other students indirectly that cheating is ok which of course it is not ok. Students see everything that goes on in a classroom.

When other students report of students cheating, I try to come up with a game plan to try to catch the cheating student. You cannot every accuse a student of cheating without evidence.

I agree that allowing cheating to occur knowingly is wrong. Other students have reported when their peers have cheated. In the end the cheated is the looser for by cheating there is no learning.
I agree. I do believe it also undermines the course as a whole. I try to create the culture that cheating isn't possible. I remove the opportunity. Now, I know that students find ways, and more to eliminate!
