Listening and Observing
Learning and Observing is important in the classroom. Listening can difinetly help a student if they are angry.

Couldn't agree with you more! Validation can be essential in diffusing a lot of frustration and anger with students. Sometimes, an angry student just needs to be heard and that their anger and frustration are validated.

I think sometimes students need to just be heard.
Being a good listner is important skill to develope. I try to hear what is being said and also what is not being said.
Learning how to express anger in ways that will allow the student to remain connected to their
higher reason in the moment is a great classroom learning experince.
