when students cheat, they are cheating themselves out of value
I think that when students cheat it tells me either they are having problems understanding the material or they are just being lazy.
When students cheat they are only really cheating themselves. It is really disappointing because you know they can do better.
I totally agree with with Floyd. we are setting students up for thinking this is the norm because, it has become so accepted in society today. We are actually setting them up for failure by not making them study and know the content of the course.

Awe, the easy way out. We have come to accept this as a norm in our society, but it is not nor can it be a norm in the classroom. Learning is important and knowledge is what is missing from today's society. When we allow the student to take the easy way out we are pathing the way for a disruptive and disappointing life.
