I spend more time preparing for classes before the students arrive to ensure the little bumps in the road that may occur are small and not significant to the student's learning when they are in class.

Get with a veteran instructor, I am sure he or she will glady share supplemental materials. Also a lot of the publishing companies have websites where you can find supplemental materials. Your academic dean should be able to point you in the right direction so that you can quickly have access to additional materials rather than having to create materials.

I feel that I am well prepared for the most part with the lessons, but I sometimes have difficulty in finding more helpful materials to use without having to create it all myself.
