I think organization is the only way to keep yourself and the class on some kind of schedule. I try to prep ahead and label and divide my tests and assignments for students. I always try to have xtra in case someone lost or something happened to the first copy I gave them. Every couple weeks I try to go through the pile of papers and sort out what I need and don't need. This is sort of my way to de-stress.
