New Instructor
I am currently a Clinical Instructor for the Surgical Technology program. I just came from a hospital where I was employed as a CST. This course has answered many of my questions and help me prepare for the classroom. I believe that it will continue to be helpful.

Sharing experiences are extremely helpful as long as they are applicable to the lesson.

I think sharing your experiences in the work world can be very helpful, but I like to be mindful of how much of this is done because I have had instructors that seem to only talk about their experiences and not relate it to the class.
Hi Jessica,
I am sure you have a lot of personal experiences/stories that you can share with your students as to how it is in the real world. You can speak from the perspective as having been there done that.
