Common instructor mistakes
This module helped me understand the difference in becoming to friendly with your students. It can become a little hard not to connect with your students on a friendly level being that they are adults and you spend so much time with them. But I do feel that it is important to make sure the you are establishing who is in charge, that way you can maintain a sense of respect.
most common mistake instructor does, they are not well prepared. some time they are not update their knoledge.
I agree because you establish different types of relationships with different students. i treat all of them the same but some of them seem to be a little more clingy. Sometimes they do not receive that type of encouragemnet from home so they look to you for that support. You can give them the extra attention but you have to let them know the boundaries that you have set.

I solely agree! Students should be treated with great respect and a very caring attitude. We receive what we give, if we give respect, we will receive respect.

I try to treat my students the way I would like to be treated. I fill it is important to be kind and respectful to every one if you would like for them to treat you the same way. But at the same time you have got to keep it professional and treat them with respect without becoming their best friend.

I am very friendly with my students, but I keep business strictly professional. The sudents fully respect me as I respect them.
