Classroom management
Having a group of people "buy in" to your teaching style can be a difficult thing. The management of a class will ultimately determine how well the student recieves and retains the course matter information.

I develop at least two and often three teaching methods for every lesson. If the primary method doesn't appear to be working I can then change to another approach on the spot.
All classrooms cannot be managed the same way all of the time. I manage my classrooms according to the group of students, then that is how I will determine my teaching style.
