By treating your student with respect.
treating the students with respect,being punctual ,being well prepared for the class and for the questions the students may ask,being professional at all times,adequately dressed al all times,bein willing to help the students with problems ,to be encouraging his students and supporting them ,to be strict to those who misbehave and at the same time to be there for them.
