differnt types

I look around our school and all of us manage our classrooms differently. The students all seem happy and appreciate the difference in all of us.

I agree. Feedback (informal) I received from students during my first teaching experience last spring revealed that my adherence to policy and actual follow-through of the course plan should be mirrored campus-wide. Although some perceived my style as strict, they felt I cared and expected that of all instructors.

TONIA, sounds like a great environment. There are locations where students get frustrated with every instructor has their own set of rules and appreciate more centrally controlled policies and procedures. Be happy with what you as as this does not appear to be the norm.
