i agree that positive attitude is key to the success of a work enviroment. i believe that attitudes are infectious and if there is one person feeling negative that it can easily spread to other coworkers and or students.

I find that one must maintain a positve outlook on the topic of discussion and illustrate the final outcomes of the how's and why's of the subject matter. Students of this generation ques in on your emotions and behavior and will use it to their advantage. Integrity and professionalism while having fun in the classroom eases the pressure on our students.
