Team work would work better if everyone would do it
as with adult education, to get everyone to work, you must show or explain what is in "it" for them the more you can show that this project, job etc. will be good not only for the team but for the "them" as well- show them the carrot so to speak -- conversely using the "stick" will more times than not demotivate others
